In my last visit the applicator came out to do its magic and then retracted before my vehicle even got there. I would say out of my last six visits, it has worked once. As other comments have mentioned, there is a consistent problem with tire shine not working. This is because of the vehicles fairly aggressive back lip over the rear window, so I dont really fault the car wash on that one. After the wash, I have to wipe off the back of the car because theres still some soap residue on the back. My vehicle stays nice and clean (2019 Subaru Forester). Overall I am pleased with the membership. Im pleased with the customer service.Edit:Ive been a member of The Tube for a few months now. Drove the car back around and no questions asked let me go through again.
While using the free vacuum to get the beach sand out of the vehicle, I noticed that the passenger side didnt get tire shine applied to it. In the wash it seemed like I was directed too far to the left and the passenger side wasnt getting a good cleaning.
After driving to Florida and back my vehicle was due for a wash.
